Ted has now moved his attention to the secondary in drafting the 6-foot Hyde, who likely projects at safety in the NFL. With some questions at the strong safety position, many expected Ted to draft a safety earlier, but Hyde fits a need and was an All-Big Ten First-Team selection in 2013. Hyde also has experience returning punts, and he could be a candidate to take Randall Cobb's place on special teams.
