Packers Rookie Johnathan Franklin Talks to SBNation

The Packer rookie sits down with SBNation to talk about the team's running game and his reaction to being drafted by Green Bay.

At the NFLPA Rookie Premiere a while back, fellow Green Bay Packers rookie running backs Eddie Lacy and Johnathan Franklin spoke and participated in a variety of activities highlighting some of the top star power in this year's rookie class. SBNation's Dan Rubenstein got the opportunity to sit down with Franklin, the former UCLA back, to discuss a variety of topics as he adjusts to life in the NFL.

Franklin talked about his reaction to being drafted by Green Bay, his fandom of Antonio Freeman, rookie minicamp, and his motivation to improve himself and his game, among other topics. SPOILER: he can't wait to eat some good, old-fashioned Wisconsin cheese. I like him already!

We would like to extend a big thanks to Johnathan, Dan, and SBNation for the interview.
