APC Mock Draft, Picks 61-64: Finishing Out Round Two

Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

Round two is finally finished in our 2014 mock.

After an entire month of  mock drafting, we have finally come to the end of the second round in APC's 2014 mock draft. 64 picks have come and gone, leaving the Packers with a pair of talented defensive players. Here we find the final four picks in round two, one each for the four teams who participated in the two Conference Championship Games back in January.

#61: San Francisco 49ers (Jason)

Trent Murphy, outside linebacker, Stanford

With Aldon Smith's availability always in question, the 49ers add a highly productive pass rusher already familiar with head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Previous selections:
1.30 Ra'Shede Hageman, defensive tackle, Minnesota
2.56 Keith McGill, cornerback, Utah

#62: New England Patriots (Josh)

Jace Amaro, tight end, Texas Tech

The Patriots need to add a TE to the mix with the recent injury history of Gronk, and the loss of Aaron Hernandez. Amaro would fit in well with the Patriots system.

Previous selection:
1.29 Louis Nix III, nose tackle, Notre Dame

#63: Denver Broncos (Dan)

Carl Bradford, outside linebacker, Arizona State

If there is a weak spot in the Denver Broncos 4-3 defense it is at linebacker. While the more direct need may be at middle linebacker, Bradford is a versatile player, who can play a number of positions for the Broncos. The Broncos are in desperate need of a middle linebacker that can play in the nickel, and essentailly stay on the field for all three downs. Altough Bradford may not be that right away, his ceiling is very high, and the Broncos essentailly steal him with the two picks before the third round.

Previous selection:
1.31 Xavier Su'a-Filo, guard, UCLA

#64: Seattle Seahawks (Aron)

Cameron Fleming, offensive tackle, Stanford

The Seahawks could grab a tight end here but, their offensive line needs some work with linemen coming off the board fast. They snatch one up to fill a need considering they don't have a third-round pick.

Previous selection:
1.32 Kony Ealy, defensive end, Missouri
