Cheese Curds: Green Bay Packers News and Links for February 14, 2014

Jamie Rhodes-US PRESSWIRE

We have a look at a potential first-round safety in today's curds, along with yet another piece of proof showing how awesome we Packers fans are.

Happy Friday, everyone! If you're choosing to celebrate this 14th of February by doing something special with a particular person, then we hope you enjoy whatever it is you have planned.

While many of you may be spending this evening with your Valentines, Ted Thompson is probably doing the same - only his Valentine is his draft board, since the Scouting Combine starts in a few days. Oh, and by the way: way to go, Packers fans - we're the most die-hard fans alive and we don't need a report from Nielsen to tell us that, but a little extra proof is never a bad thing.

This is pulled from over 100 mock drafts out there, and Nix had the most projections, just ahead of TE Jace Amaro, ILB C.J. Mosley, and safeties Calvin Pryor and Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix.
