Despite what the Wisconsin State Journal had to say I don't think he's lost any zip on his fastball. It's a fair question for a 37 year old QB, but Favre seems almost as strong as ever. He hasn't thrown the ball so hard as to go through a receiver's hands in a while, but that is probably a good thing. Favre's deep balls have sometimes looked like they've gotten caught up in the wind for at least the past three seasons. Basically the article is talking about one game, which isn't a sign of anything unless he keeps hanging his deep passes over the next few games.
