There were several names on the injury list, but only starting DT Johnny Jolly is a new addition to the list of players (Blackmon, Collins, and Franks) who have been already out for a few weeks. Detroit comes into the game in good health, only rookie DE Ikaika-Alama-Francis is likely to miss the game and this isn't the first game he's missed this season.
The injury to Jolly should give an opportunity to rookie DT Justin Harrell, but Mike McCarthy might just give a bigger role to DT Corey Williams as he did against Carolina after Jolly left with his injury. The injury to TE Bubba Franks has left the door wide open for all the playing time to go to TE Donald Lee and he's been a monster in the games since Franks got hurt. The injury to FS Nick Collins has been a plus and a minus because it's forced the Packers to play S Atari Bigby in deep coverage where he isn't as good, but it's allowed rookie S Aaron Rouse to show that he's a pretty good player and maybe the player best suited for covering the opposing tight end.
