Workout Warriors

If you could make a winning team by putting together a great group of guys who played with heart and gave it their all, then two things would happen. First, Disney would buy the rights and make a movie about it. Then teams would never again give second chances on problems like WRs Terrell Owens and Randy (shudder) Moss, CB Pacman Jones, and the Cincinnati Bengals. Instead they would look for the guy who needs a first chance. Hopefully everyone reading this post knows that the NFL will never give up real on-field talent no matter how much he contributes to the head coach's migraine.

Still it can't hurt that 90% of the team believes in the message from Mike McCarthy and participated in voluntary workouts. The only danger is that McCarthy pushes them too hard and they begin to tune him out.
