Back in April I ranted about the NFL Network on two separate occasions. My complaint was that they broadcast a few games nationally and don't let them get shown locally in cable markets without the NFL Network.
What I hadn't noticed was that the NFL Network had changed the policy for the 2007 season.
NFL Network games will also be carried on free, over-the-air television in the city of the visiting team and in the city where the game is played if it is sold out 72 hours in advance of kickoff.
Good for the NFL Network and the NFL.
