It's a technically a six-year deal, but Harrell will easily void the final year, with $8 million guaranteed. It sounds pretty reasonable and it apparently just fit under the rookie salary cap.
Still it doesn't matter that he is in camp on time or listed first on the depth chart. As Tom Silverstein reported, he hasn't taken part in any team drills yet and hasn't been cleared by the team doctors to play. We will just have to wait and see how it goes.
