After the pass heavy game called by Mike McCarthy against San Diego, it would be a big surprise to see him start running the ball against Minnesota. With RB Brandon Jackson possible out on Sunday and Minnesota owning the best run defense so far this season according to Football Outsiders, there should be no additional incentive to start running the ball. If Jackson can't go, then either new RB Ryan Grant or RB DeShawn Wynn would start. Neither has played much so far, but Wynn doesn't seem to be much of a receiver, except when catching a shovel pass from QB Brett Favre, so if Grant's a better receiver, then he should get the start.
