Inactives from ESPN.com:
Packers: S Atari Bigby, LB Diyral Briggs, TE Donald Lee, OL Nick McDonald, OL Marshall Newhouse, S Anthony Smith, RB James Starks, DE Jarius Wynn
Falcons: CB Dominique Franks, OL Mike Johnson, DT Trey Lewis, TE Michael Palmer, OL Garrett Reynolds, DE Lawrence Sidbury, RB Antone Smith, QB John Parker Wilson
Injured Falcons DE John Abraham and WR Roddy White are both playing (as expected), and no one significant is out for them.
Bigby and Smith are out due to injury, and otherwise it's the usual cast of inactive players. Except for former starting TE Donald Lee. This is the first time he's been inactive all season. Lee, TE Spencer Havner (who was inactive last week), and TE Tom Crabtree are all basically the same player (blocker, special teams player) and it doesn't really matter which two of the three are active. TE Andrew Quarless will be starting.
