I was reading this story about how the Green Bay Packers intend to offer a contract for 2010 to LG Daryn Colledge despite his miserable season, and it made me wish they would just get the suspense over. Officially all NFL teams have until March 4th to tender a contract to their restricted free agents, but some teams have already done so. The 49ers announced their restricted free agent tender offers on Monday as one example. Maybe the negotiations with the unrestricted free agents are delaying the announcement.
