Sunday Morning Bloody Mary: Bears at Packers

This doesn't explain everything, but one of the big reasons the Chicago Bears have leap frogged the Green Bay Packers in the NFC North this season is because of injuries. On the official injury report from Packers.com, the Bears have one player listed on it compared to the Packers's thirteen. The Bears aren't hiding them all on I.R. either. The Bears have only three players on I.R., compared to the Packers fifteen (including seven players who started in week 1).

OUT: SS Atari Bigby, FB, Korey Hall, DE Cullen Jenkins, LB Frank Zombo. PROBABLE: LB Diyral Briggs, LT Chad Clifton, FS Nick Collins, LB Clay Matthews, DE Ryan Pickett, CB Sam Shields, LB Erik Walden, C Scott Wells, CB Charles Woodson

The four players listed as out are no surprise. Jenkins and Zombo were both out last week, and Bigby and Hall are frequently injured and they both were hurt again last week against the Giants. As usual, everyone else listed as probable should play. Hopefully we see even more from Matthews this week, who's only been able to practice in pads recently
