Heading To Dallas: Super Bowl Tickets

The amazing thing about writing at Acme Packing Company is that I'm going to the Super Bowl. Traveling to Dallas and watching the Green Bay Packers in the Super Bowl is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me. Though I hope to do it again next season, and the season after that, etc. Of course, the NFC sends a different team every year, so I'll have to enjoy it now.

I'll be in Dallas all next week at most of the media events, and of course at the game itself. I have never requested press credentials before, I've never done any of the usual things that beat writers do, and it's likely that anyone reading this post has just as much experience as me. It's going to be awesome.

But maybe you are considering a trip to the Super Bowl, and willing to pay your way. TiqIQ has a Twitter feed for the best prices on tickets. Yes, their ticket prices are insane. All the ticket prices are that way. I wish I had a great suggestion for buying tickets, but there is no cheap way to get a seat at the Super Bowl.

Here's the direct link to TiqIQ. As I write this, the best prices for any seat are just over $2,200. The average price, as you can see below, is equal to a few mortgage payments.
