On Aaron Rodgers, Players Returning From Injury, A.J. Hawk, and Cold Weather

New, comments

Rodgers wins second player-of-the-week award. Maybe the news that Aaron Rodgers has been named NFC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, and the fourth time in his career, should be it's own post. I'm used to him playing great week-after-week, and I shouldn't take it for granted.

Aaron Rodgers douses latest Favre-troversy - NFC North Blog - ESPN. He doesn't care. Neither should anyone else. But I do have to say I pretty much agree with what Tom Oates said.

Updates on Bulaga, Zombo, Grant - JSOnline. Wow. LB Frank Zombo is back sooner than I expected. I was targeting the end of the month, but he obviously didn't agree. While RB Ryan Grant is back at practice and "he's ready to go," Rob Demovsky doesn't expect either Zombo or RT Bryan Bulaga to return this Sunday.

Week 5 Packers Stock Report: Nelson and Rodgers Rising, Hawk and NFL Security Falling | AllGreenBayPackers.Com. Where in the world is LB A.J. Hawk? He was blocked out on a couple of the big runs last week, and Willis McGahee ran right were I expected him to be.

PACKERVILLE, U.S.A.: This ’n That for Thursday. I like it for the pictures of the heating grid that helps the grass grow in the cold weather.
