Currently the APC post game poll has Aaron Rodgers as the leader for the Green Bay Packers game ball while Charles Woodson was in second place. In the spirit of recognizing that the offense and defense both played very well, let's give one to each player.
ESPN was gushing far too much over him, but that's what they get paid to do. I really liked how he avoided the pass rush. The Vikings only recorded two sacks, but it could have easily been more if he hadn't decided to run for a couple yards instead of taking a sack or throwing an ill-advised pass.
His game can be nitpicked and the claim can be made that he's not a shutdown corner. But his impact on the field is amazing considering he's a 35 year old cornerback.
