Packersnews.com | Green Bay Packers | Insiders Blog " Wednesday practice report. While there wasn't a lot of good news in Wednesday's practice report, it was good to see Charles Woodson back at practice. He wouldn't have been let back on the practice field if he wasn't cleared by the doctors and recovered from his concussion. He might not practice a lot this week, but he'll play on Sunday.

I was thinking about a list of players the Packers could not afford to lose, and Woodson was on it. He's not a shutdown corner, but he still makes a lot of big plays and he can be asked to cover the best receivers. Also, the drop off from him to his backup, Jarrett Bush, is a chasm.
