Bringing The Belt: Aaron Rodgers Fans The Flames On Twitter

Kevin Seifert has a great round-up of many notable tweets by Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers about his belt celebration. Rodgers has moved into his offseason role as the leading retweeter about the "appropriateness of using the belt celebration." I can't remember the first time I saw him put on the phantom belt during a game, but I thought it was a stupid celebration. Now I have to admit it's grown on me.

Here's the picture I took at the Super Bowl with Luke Rodgers carrying the belt after their win. His Super Bowl MVP brother was swamped by reporters and photographers, so I took the much easier photo. Here's the whole story behind the belt seen during the post game celebration. I also like that he's wearing a Sconnie T-shirt.

And this is not a sponsored post pushing their products, but I have to say I like their belt T-shirt. I'm in the market for some Super Bowl winning swag (the merchandise I bought at the Super Bowl was just celebrating the game, not the win). I do like this T-shirt from the Packers Pro Shop, but it's not exactly what I had in mind.
