Packers Tailgate Tour Is On As Scheduled

New, comments

I was lamenting last month that one of the bad things to happen because of the lockout was that the NFL and players couldn't coordinate any charity events during the offseason because they couldn't be in contact. Fortunately, according to the Press-Gazette, the NFL has made an exception to their lockout rules, and has allowed the Green Bay Packers to conduct their Tailgate Tour in May. LB Desmond Bishop, QB Matt Flynn, and RG Josh Sitton will take part in the event, along with team president Mark Murphy, along with former player Dorsey Levens, Gilbert Brown, and Antonio Freeman.

The event helps several non-profits, and I'm glad to read that the NFL is making an exception.
