The Vikings offense is probably counting on WR Percy Harvin for a big part of their offense in 2011. He's missed a lot of practices, over the past couple seasons due to migraines. On that front, it's been a great offseason for him. From Pro Football Talk:
"This is the best I’ve felt, probably, since I’ve been in kindergarten," Harvin told Ed Miller of the Virginian-Pilot.
Harvin said he hasn’t experienced any problems for 5-6 months, in part due to something doctors found during last season.
"There were a couple of things they found in my neck that I won’t get into – some things they found and fixed, along with diet and the rest of the things that can cause them," Harvin said. "It’s been great, and knock on wood, it’ll continue."
The fact that this string of good health, over the past 5-6 months, made Will Carroll write the following tweet: "Percy Harvin hasn't had a migraine in five months. Hasn't been football in five months. No connection, I'm sure."
