The biggest NFC North story (the Vikings stadium deal) remains hold while the Minnesota legislature is adjourned. But there are still some happenings from around the division.
Attendance Low At Vikings Workouts - SB Nation Minnesota. I'm not sure their receivers have even been introduced to QB Christian Ponder, so it wouldn't have hurt to have had all the receivers shown up for Ponder's workout in Florida. But it doesn't really hurt them either.
Louis Delmas Fully Recovered From Groin Injury - Pride Of Detroit. It's a story based on a Tweet from agent Drew Rosenhaus, so I wouldn't put it past an agent to overstate an injury his client played through. The injury was listed on the injury report for a while, but not all season. He played well even with the injury, so it's probably a good sign for his future.
Jim Schwartz Picks Winning Nickname For Lions Defensive Line - Pride Of Detroit. Is that a jinx? To give the squad a nickname before DT Nick Fairley ever suits up for them?
Player Spotlight: Kellen Davis - Windy City Gridiron. The Bears might have some high hopes for Davis in 2011, but I'm not exactly sure why. He had 1 reception during the 2010 regular season, but did catch a TD against the Seahawks in the playoffs. He has a grand total of 10 receptions in his 3 year career.
