This is great news for the team, and it's been expected for quite some time. Personally, I wasn't expecting such a long term deal for Crosby, but I'm very happy about it. Crosby hasn't been the most accurate kicker in the world, but he's a pretty reliable guy - at least middle of the road as far as NFL starting kickers go - and he's got an absolutely monster leg. Welcome back, Mr. Crosby. I anxiously wait the details from the team or from another reporter who's able to dig up serious details on the contract.

Update: Terms of Crosby's deal. They're lucrative.
