It isn't worth anything once the games count, but ESPN ranked the Green Bay Packers No. 1 in their preseason rankings. From ESPN:

ESPN has answered their own question by ranking the Packers on top. It's notable that the next three teams, all ranked ahead of the Steelers (who might be a more natural fit at No. 2 since they just played in a Super Bowl), were three of the more active teams with recent free agent signings and with trades: Patriots, Eagles, and Saints. Is ESPN ranking teams higher just because they made some moves?
