Watching CB Tramon Williams come off the field in pain on Thursday night for the Green Bay Packers got me worried. The defense doesn't fall apart without him, but he's arguably their best corner and there is no one as good sitting on the bench. Luckily it doesn't look like the injury is serious.
Tramon Williams has shoulder bruise and there will be more info Wednesday. Mccarthy said the Outlook was more positive than first thought.
It also helps that the Packers have extra time off until their next game against the Panthers on the 18th. He will probably need to rest the shoulder, and give it time to heal, which I don't expect he'll get to do until February. It could be something that bothers him the rest of the season.
