What can be said after a loss like that? Players like Tom Crabtree, Ryan Grant, Jermichael Finley, Greg Jennings, Josh Sitton, and Bryan Bulaga wrote tweets after the loss expressing similar feelings.

While it's an emotional blow to their fans, for the Green Bay Packers, it's emotional and professional. They'd been working so hard for so many months only to watch it unravel in just over three hours. On the other hand, it's a common feeling. Ten other playoff teams have felt, or will soon feel, the same disappointment in a season ending loss.

Kareem Copeland of the Press-Gazette tweeted that players like Tramon Williams, who admitted he isn't used to this anymore, and Charlie Peprah hung around the locker room to answer all questions.

Head coach Mike McCarthy had no idea this was coming and practice had been great this week. In the end, the Giants made plays and the Packers didn't. He always does an evaluation of the entire team and coaching staff after the season, and it would seem that he has a lot more to consider now.
