He's known both of his coordinators, Sherman and former Bengals defensive backs coach Kevin Coyle, for a long-time, and they've both been successful in the NFL. He's going to have a professional, organized staff around him to rebuild the Dolphins.
He's still got to prove it on the field, but he's gotten off to as a good a start as I could have imagined.
