NFL picks and predictions: Week 10

The Packers aren't playing this week, but we pick games anyway. Tonight's game stinks. Don't even watch it. I'm serious.

Phil Sears-US PRESSWIRE

Guess who doesn't play this week? The Green Bay Packers. Guess who's on Thursday Night Football this week? The Jacksonville Jaguars. I don't know why we're even bothering to do a picks column this week, but the three editors decided to pick every NFL game anyway. As always, please feel free to tell us how wrong we are about everything ever in the comments.

Colts vs. Jaguars - Why is this game on television? Not only national television, but television at all? Good lord. Colts should win comfortably. -Kevin

Raiders vs. Ravens - Once again, Darren McFadden has an injury. How many people thought he would make it to week 9? Not I. Baltimore is good; Oakland is not. -Tex

Broncos vs. Panthers - The Panthers shocked the world by beating Washington last week. That's wonderful, but now they face a team with an elite passer and healthy defense. That ain't good for Scam. -Devin (Editor's note: Oh my god, you seriously called him 'Scam'?)

Giants vs. Bengals - I have no idea why I picked the Bengals. I think that I just dislike the Giants and like A.J. Green and I'm ridiculously biased. There was no logic involved in this pick. -Kevin

Titans vs. Dolphins - The Miami defense looks pretty darn good right now. You saw what the Bears just did to the Titans - think of the Dolphins' D as Chicago lite. They'll force two or three turnovers, maybe take one back for a score, and let Ryan Tannehill win a game without much drama. -Tex

Lions vs. Vikings - Believe it or not I want the Vikings to win this game. I really do. The Vikings really are done for the year now and so them kicking the teeth of the Lions and weakening them would be great to see. It's not going to happen though with Christian Ponder playing beyond awful and Percy Harvin doubtful for the game (and if he makes it expect him to be hobbling something fierce). -Devin

Bills vs. Patriots - I really considered picking the Bills out of general like for them and dislike of the Patriots. I can't do it. The Pats are clearly the much better team. -Kevin

Falcons vs. Saints - Somebody's going to beat the Falcons in the next few weeks, and a divisional game on the road seems as likely a time for a loss as any. With Jimmy Graham looking healthy again, Drew Brees has his best red zone weapon back; I think Brees out-duels Ryan this week and the Saints win a high-scoring game. -Tex

Chargers vs. Buccaneers - I've lost all faith in the Chargers while the Bucs seem to be happy playing spoiler each and every week. -Devin

Jets vs. Seahawks - While Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks have had a very up and down season, they're a consistent team at home. I can't see the Jets' passing attacking doing a darn bit of anything at CenturyLink Field. Expect a low-scoring game that the Seahawks win by at least a touchdown. -Kevin

Cowboys vs. Eagles - I picked the Eagles two weeks ago to beat the Falcons and looked like an idiot. Let's try it again. Dallas has no run game without DeMarco Murray. I don't exactly believe in Michael Vick, but I think that LeSean McCoy can have a big day. -Tex

Rams vs. 49ers - The Niners struggle when playing from behind, but does anyone think that the Rams have enough offense to put the Niners in that situation? -Devin

Texans vs. Bears - The Bears offense is not very good. They have enough talent to win in the playoffs if their defense and special teams produce points, but they're simply not great. They've gotten by on takeaways against crappy offenses, and the Texans are not one of those. They're going to get 3.5 or more yards per carry on the ground and Matt Schaub isn't throwing a pick six. The Bears will be dependent on lucky fumbles to win. Their defense carries them against bad and average offenses, but against solid all-around teams like the Texans, they're not going to get the job done. -Kevin

Steelers vs. Chiefs - AKA Dumpster fire vs. wrecking ball just starting to build up momentum. Look out for Pittsburgh late this season - they could win this game by 30. -Tex
