The Green Bay Packers are still looking at free agents. I'm expecting another player or two to be brought in on the defensive side of the ball before the NFL Draft. We're looking around some affordable 3-4 DEs and OLBs, one of whom is Anthony Hargrove. In your other Packers news and links, we've got some stuff on Jeff Saturday, Devon House, Manny Lawson and some stuff from around the NFL.

Center Saturday feels Packers are a good fit | JSOnline

The most telling part of this is when Saturday says that Manning wanted him in Denver a lot more than the team did. It sounds like that was the reason he made his decision more than money or thinking Green Bay gave him a better shot at a title.

Anthony Hargrove visit telling for Packers | NFC North Blog - ESPN

Hargrove had visit with the Packers and his story is interesting. He's a very talented player, but was suspended in 2008 due to substance abuse problems. He was reinstated in 2009 and he's been clean for a while, and he could be a good signing as a 3-4 end.

I'm actually pretty surprised no one has made a legitimate offer yet. I know he's asking for Fitz money, but his agent knows he's not getting that. Someone should put something on the table. Perhaps the Broncos.
