The details surrounding the health of Nick Collins are still very much under wraps. Collins, his agent, his doctors and the team aren't telling anyone anything at the moment. We learned last week that Collins underwent a number of different tests, and that his doctors would give him the results of all of those tests. At this point, Collins would presumably know whether or not he would be allowed to intensify his workouts and attempt to play professional football again.

It's Tuesday, and we still don't know whether or not Collins is going to be able to put on pads again. What we do know, thanks to Adam Schefter and the NFC North Blog at ESPN, is that Collins has a meeting scheduled with the Packers, next week in Green Bay. Collins is going to discuss his injury and recovery with the team, and it seems likely that the public will learn whether or not Collins can try to play again shortly after that meeting.

Kevin Seifert at the NFC North blog said that Collins' agent Alan Herman did not offer any specifics on his client's test results.
