Remember when Aaron Rodgers said this, in a June 2 interview with the Green Bay Press-Gazette?
"I want to be a Packer for life and I don't see myself going anywhere else."
That's going to be the case shortly, if the twitter account of a man who is supposedly LeRoy Butler is to be believed.
I have heard a few people say on twitter that this is, in fact, the real LeRoy Butler. However, I haven't seen any team officials or players verify that this is actually Butler. If you have compelling evidence one way or another, please leave it in the comments.
Aaron Rodgers extention almost done, 5 years 96$ million. He is way under paid,? thoughts?

If this is actually Butler, he's probably actually very well-informed when it comes to the team. And if this is actually Butler's twitter account, then that tweet is probably pretty spot on.
Rodgers is currently on a six-year, $65 million contract that was signed in 2008. Based on his production over the last couple of years, Rodgers is underpaid, but not so underpaid that he's going to make a big stink about what he's making. If the deal that a person I think is Butler is tweeting about is an extension on Rodgers current contract, his deal would then run through 2019, which would come damn close to ensuring that he is, in fact, a Packer for life.
Additionally, Rodgers will probably see a boost in compensation this year and a re-working of the compensation on the remaining years of his current deal if -- and I really can't emphasize this point enough -- this is actually LeRoy Butler's twitter account and this is actually the deal that Rodgers is close to getting.
