Four more members of the Green Bay Packers have picked up injuries, including Greg Jennings. The Packers' star wide receiver did not practice today because of an elbow bruise that was sustained in yesterday's practice. Mike McCarthy said that the injury is not serious at all and that he hopes Jennings will be available for Monday's practice.
The other two players that picked up injuries on Friday, keeping them out of Saturday's practice were wide receiver Shaky Smithson and tight end Brandon Bostick. The exact extent of their injuries has not been confirmed. Offensive tackle Mike McCabe was injured in today's practice and his injury didn't look good. He was hurt in a one-on-one drill against Mike Daniels and had to leave the field via a cart.
Jermichael Finley remained out with a concussion and could be re-evaluated and potentially cleared to practice on Monday. Anthony Hargrove missed another day of practice for a personal matter out of town. All of the players on the initial PUP list missed today's practice as well.
