There's no Packers or NFL football today, but there is football. If you watch closely, you might end up seeing some future Packers today. There are a lot of people who pretend to be experts when the NFL Draft rolls around even though they didn't follow draft prospects during the season, which is why we substitute this for Cheese Curds on Saturdays.

Below are some NFL prospects to watch during today's best college football games. Only players eligible for the 2013 draft are listed. Here's a list of games NFL scouts will be attending from Chris Steuber. The Packers will have scouts at the Wisconsin game today. I do not consider myself a full-blown draft/college football expert, so please let me know if I have missed anyone.

As always, the noon slate of games isn't the greatest, but Florida State vs. Wake Forest is probably worth your time. Jimbo Fisher's team should probably win the ACC, but they haven't played an FBS team yet. We don't actually know how good they are. This game is on ESPN.

Florida State NFL prospects

DE Bjoern Werner - #95
CB Xavier Rhodes - #27
DT Everett Dawkins - #93
DE Corneillius Carradine - #91
WR Rodney Smith - #84
OLB Nick Moody - #10
K Dustin Hopkins - #18

Wake Forest NFL prospects

FB Tommy Bohanon - #42
CB Chibuikem Okoro - #6

The Alabama-Arkansas game has lost a lot of luster because of UL-Monroe's big upset win last week, but it's probably still the best game on at 2:30 p.m. CT. For your purposes, it's worth watching just because half of Alabama's starters will be on NFL rosters next season.

Alabama NFL prospects

OG Chance Warmack - #65
OG Barrett Jones - #75
OT D.J. Fluker - #76
DT Jesse Williams - #54
OLB C.J. Mosley - #32
SS Robert Lester - #37
ILB Nico Johnson - #35
RB Eddie Lacy - #42
TE Michael Williams - #89
DE Quinton Dial - #90
DE Damion Square - #92

Arkansas NFL prospects

CB Knile Davis - #7
QB Tyler Wilson - #8 (injured)
OG Alvin Bailey - #67
TE Chris Gragg - #80
WR Cobi Hamilton - #11
OLB Alonzo Highsmith - #45
ILB Tenarius Wright - #43

Tennessee vs. Florida might be the best game of the week, now that Arkansas looks like they were overrated to start the year. Derek Dooley is on the hot seat this year and a win over Florida in Knoxville is the kind of thing that could save his job, provided Tennessee goes on to go .500 in the SEC after that. You can watch this game at 5 p.m. CT on ESPN.

Florida NFL prospects

DT Sharrif Floyd - #73
DT Dominique Easley - #2
ILB Jonathan Bostic - #1
SS Matt Elam - #22
OLB Jelani Jenkins - #3 (injured)
FB Trey Burton - #8
TE Jordan Reed - #11

Tennessee NFL prospects

WR Justin Hunter - #11
QB Tyler Bray - #8
OT Dallas Thomas - #71
WR Cordarrelle Patterson - #84
SS Prentiss Waggner - #23

USC and Stanford looks like a great game on paper, but can the Cardinal actually challenge them? I'm not convinced. We'll list their prospects anyway, because it should at least be a decent game. It kicks off at 6:30 p.m. CT on FOX.

USC NFL prospects

QB Matt Barkley - #7
FS T.J. McDonald - #7 (they're one of those schools, ugh)
C Khaled Holmes - #78 (Injured)
CB Nickell Robey - #21
HB Silas Redd - #25
DE Wes Horton - #96

Stanford NFL prospects

ILB Shayne Skov - #11
OLB Chase Thomas - #44
RB Stepfan Taylor - #33

Michigan State's credentials as a potential Big Ten winner will be tested against Notre Dame on Saturday night, though they won't suffer in the standings if they lose. You can catch that game at 7 p.m. CT on ABC.

Notre Dame NFL prospects

TE Tyler Eifert - #80
RB Cierre Wood - #20
C Braxton Cave - #52
ILB Manti Te'o - #5
DE Kaprom Lewis-Moore - #89
SS Jamoris Slaughter - #26

Michigan State NFL prospects

DE William Gholston - #2
HB Le'Veon Bell - #24
TE Dion Sims - #80
CB Johnny Adams - #5
DT Anthony Rashad White - #98
OG Chris McDonald - #62
CB Mitchell White - #32
K Dan Conroy - #4

Wisconsin also play at 7 p.m. CT. They're probably a lot worse than we thought they were. They're still undefeated in the Big Ten, and they should still beat Utah State.

Wisconsin NFL prospects

HB Montee Ball - #28
OG Travis Fredrick - #72
OT Rick Wagner - #58
CB Devin Smith - #10
OLB Mike Taylor - #53

Utah State ... well, I don't know of any NFL prospects on their team. But here's who Chris Steuber says you should watch.

WR Matt Austin, DT Al Lapuaho, C Tyler Larsen, CB Nevin Lawson, OT Oscar Molina-Sanchez, RB Kerwynn Williams.
