Explanations below the jump.

Giants vs. Panthers: With the Packers and Patriots' offenses struggling early, Eli and the Giants have staked their claim to having the best passing game in the league. This one should be a shootout, but my gut says Victor Cruz will get the winning score. -Evan

Rams vs. Bears: This is going to sound odd, but I hope I'm wrong here. The Rams look surprisingly good, and I would love to see the Bears shake off some rust and assert some NFC North dominance. I don't think it's going to happen though. The Rams build on their momentum and the Bears keep imploding. -Devin

Buccaneers vs. Cowboys: If you get the chance, watch this game. The Bucs have now surprised two teams in the Panthers and the Giants and the Cowboys have the look of being a similar sort of team. After the 'Boys are smarting over the tail kicking they received in Seattle, the Bucs should be able to strike and steal another away from Dallas. -Devin

Jaguars vs. Colts: I love me some Gunshine, but I'm not delusional. He's probably not an NFL starting quarterback, and the Jaguars' defense isn't good enough to make up for that. I feel like the Colts will contend for another top-5 pick this year, but they should beat arguably the league's worst team at home. -Kevin

Jets vs. Dolphins: I don't believe in the Jets. Not one bit. I may start believing in the Dolphins though...at least that they could be the surprise team of the year. They probably can't hang with the big boys of the AFC, but a win would move them up the ranks of a weak AFC East. -Devin

Bills vs. Browns: This is a matchup of talented young running backs. The Bills gave up over 6 yards per carry to Peyton Hillis and Shaun Draughn last week. Trent Richardson is much more talented than either of them. My edge goes to Richardson at home over C.J. Spiller. -Evan

49ers vs. Vikings: lol. -Kevin

Chiefs vs. Saints: The Saints do not look like the Saints of old by any stretch of the imagination. Their coaching suspensions are obviously hitting them hard, and their defense was shaky regardless of those suspensions. Having said that, the Chiefs really stink. -Kevin

Lions vs. Titans: Another match up of teams off to disappointing starts. The Lions aren't in a must win situation yet, but it's not going to get much easier than the Titans and they need to start notching wins if they want make the playoffs. -Devin

Bengals vs. Redskins: Are the Redskins for real or was week 1 a mirage? This game will go a long way to answer that question. The Bengals are a good team who will beat the team they are suppose to but struggle against real contenders. This should be a great measuring stick for a young, beaten up Washington squad. -Devin

Eagles vs. Cardinals: These are two teams that have each won two sloppy, ugly games. The difference is that Philly hasn't played nearly up to their potential, while Arizona has exceeded expectations. The Cardinals defense will still force a couple of turnovers, but that won't stop the Eagles from moving to 3-0. -Evan

Falcons vs. Chargers: Wow, I'm the only one who thinks Atlanta is good enough to win on the road after the way they performed over the last two weeks? The Broncos game was only close because they let off the gas. San Diego can't cover Atlanta's weapons. -Kevin

Texans vs. Broncos: On the one hand, I feel like I should be wary of picking against Peyton Manning after he looked bad on the road on Monday night when he returns home to Denver, which has a great home-field advantage. On the other hand, the Texans are the ideal type of team to win this game: they're built around the run, have two excellent running backs, and play fantastic defense. J.J. Watt and company move to 3-0. -Evan

Steelers vs. Raiders: The Raiders gave up 35 against Miami. Enough said. -Kevin

Patriots vs. Ravens: Here's the rematch of the AFC title game, and I can't wait to see which team's defense will make a few big plays to change the complexion of the game. My hunch is that the Pats will be limited with only one top tight end and Joe Flacco avoids mistakes to avenge last year's loss. -Evan

Packers vs. Seahawks: You are all going to throw me under the bus here, I know. I really want to choose the Packers, but there is something about this game that doesn't feel right. Seattle manhandled the Cowboys last week and no one noticed. They are going to want to prove themselves against a promising Packers team in primetime....and the Packers are just disjointed enough to let them do it. -Devin
