During the regular season, we're going to substitute Cheese Curds for something else on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Once we're done with real, actual football, we'll go back to making Cheese Curds a 7-days-per-week thing. Your cheese substitute for Saturdays is a look at the best college football games of the day, including the potential NFL prospects on each team.
I follow college football and NFL Draft prospects closely, but I do not consider myself a full-blown "expert" in this field, so I welcome your corrections. Note: Only players who are draft eligible in 2013 are listed. The Green Bay Packers aren't believed to be attending any college games this week, but here's a list of games that NFL scouts will be attending, from Chris Steuber.
The early slate of games isn't much, but Kansas State - Miami isn't awful. It's on FX and it's what I'm choosing to watch at 12 p.m. ET, 11 p.m. CT. The U's best prospect from the class of 2013 was SS Ray Armstrong, but he was dismissed from the team.

Also on at that time are Notre Dame and Purdue, who are probably going to score a lot of points. Having said that, there aren't a lot of NFL-quality talents on Purdue's offense, but they're a well-coached team. As always, this is on NBC.

It's also Missouri's welcome to the SEC this week, and they're hosting a tough Georgia team in primetime. Georgia's defense is loaded with potential NFL players. You can catch this game on ESPN2 at 7:45 p.m. ET, 6:45 p.m. CT.

I'm going to be doing the Badgers and the biggest game(s) of the week every week in this post, but I'll try to mix up most of the teams. You can find a complete college football TV schedule at SBNation.com.
