Oh victory Monday, you feel so good. You feel even better when that victory comes at the expense of the Green Bay Packers' biggest rival. And you feel simply magnificent when said victory sends the Packers to the playoffs and the Bears packing for home.

It's also nice to know that on Black Monday, the Packers' coaching staff is preparing for another game instead of preparing their resumes. Continuity is a huge factor in the NFL, and I am grateful that the Packers have some semblance of that in their front office and coaching staff.

Chud actually had a shorter tenure in Cleveland than Ray Rhodes did in Green Bay.

Mike Shanahan fired by the Washington Redskins - Hogs Haven
Although the Browns didn't wait until Monday to make their Black Monday firing, the Redskins did. This one was as obvious as any of the changes that will be made today.

Leslie Frazier Fired By Minnesota Vikings - Daily Norseman
Interesting that the Bengals' Jay Gruden is looked at as the front-runner for this job. I'd bet that whoever gets it will be working with a new quarterback.
