It all depends on the weather. The last several open practices held by the Green Bay Packers, including both minicamp practices last week, had to be moved inside the Don Hutson Center due to inclement weather. Luckily though, the winds appear to be changing.
Today's practice will again be held at 11:30 AM central time, and is scheduled to be held at Clarke Hinkle Field.
The good news is that the forecast for today (courtesy of WBAY-TV Green Bay) calls for temperatures in the low 80s with mostly sunny skies, in which case we expect the team to practice outdoors as expected. In either case, the practice should be open to the media and we will have our practice notebook up this afternoon.
One interesting note: most NFL teams are holding their mandatory minicamps this week. The Packers were one of only a few teams to have minicamp before the last OTA session.
See you this afternoon for the notebook!
