Packers 2014 Offseason Review: James Starks and John Kuhn Will Be Free Agents

The Packers will have decisions to make on two backs who have been key players for a few years and a veteran special-teams player.

The Green Bay Packers will have decisions to make about three members of their 2013 running back corps in the 2014 off-season. While their starter, Eddie Lacy, remains under contract for the foreseeable future and has two other young players in Johnathan Franklin and DuJuan Harris waiting behind him, a productive backup in James Starks will be a question mark moving into free agency.

As the last of three fullbacks who were on the Packers' Super Bowl-winning roster in 2010, John Kuhn may be a casualty of free agency as well. While he has Aaron Rodgers' trust as a blocker and check-down receiver, it is possible that his position and cost may force the fan favorite out of Green Bay.
