NFL Wild-Card Saturday 2014: Playoff Thread

Before the Packers take the field tomorrow, four teams will play today with two of them going home.

Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

The Green Bay Packers will host the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon, but the first two playoff games in the NFL take place today. NBC televises Wild-Card Saturday, so you'll hear Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth (the early game) or Dan Hicks and Mike Mayock (late) today.

The outcome of the night game between the 6-seed Saints and 3-seed Eagles will determine next week's seedings in the NFC's Divisional Round. Once that game is complete, we'll know where the winner of 49ers-Packers will play next week. If the Saints win, they go to Seattle, while the Eagles would play in Carolina with a victory.

Here are today's games:

Kansas City Chiefs at Indianapolis Colts

Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, Indiana
3:35 PM CT

New Orleans Saints vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
7:10 PM CT

Enjoy the games, and if you're not sticking around today, we'll see you back here for the 49ers-Packers game on Sunday afternoon.
