New, comments

This is one of those Saturdays that makes us love college football, with numerous big games taking place across the country. Join APC as we keep tabs on all the action.

Get those remote controls ready tonight - it's going to be one hell of a college football ride tonight. At some point tonight, there will be four games between ranked teams all going at the same time, and somehow each of them is representative of a different college football conference.

In other words, strap in, because tonight's games are going to be awesome. Join APC to discuss the games as we observe the NFL's future on display today.

Early Games

#12 Baylor Bears at #15 Oklahoma Sooners

11:00 AM CT
Memorial Stadium
Norman, OK
FOX Sports 1

Thing to watch for: Katy Perry showing up to hit on Sooners QB Trevor Knight

#25 Wisconsin Badgers at Purdue Boilermakers

11:00 AM CT
Ross-Ade Stadium
West Lafayette, IN

Thing to watch for: Melvin Gordon doing Melvin Gordon things. Also, Wisconsin has the #1 defense in the country in yards per game allowed, while Purdue is 100th in the country. Boiler down.

Afternoon Kickoffs

#10 Notre Dame Fighting Irish at #9 Arizona State Sun Devils

2:30 PM CT
Sun Devil Stadium
Tempe, AZ

Thing to watch for: how can Pac-12 refs screw over Notre Dame?

Texas A&M Aggies at #3 Auburn Tigers

2:30 PM CT
Jordan-Hare Stadium
Auburn, AL

Thing to watch for: A&M has lost its last three conference games by a combined score of 142-51. Can the 88th-ranked rushing defense in the country stop Auburn's running game?

Evening Games

#7 Kansas State Wildcats at #6 TCU Horned Frogs

6:30 PM CT
Amon G. Carter Stadium
Fort Worth, TX

Thing to watch for: Strength vs. Strength - Kansas State's defense is 9th in the country, while TCU's offense is third in the nation.

#14 Ohio State Buckeyes at #8 Michigan State Spartans

7:00 PM CT
Spartan Stadium
East Lansing, MI

Thing to watch for: last time these two teams played, it ended with sad Urban Meyer crying into his Papa John's. Will we see a repeat?

#5 Alabama Crimson Tide at #16 LSU Tigers

7:00 PM CT
Tiger Stadium
Baton Rouge, LA

Thing to watch for: they don't call it Death Valley for nothing. Night games at LSU make for arguably the toughest road environment in college football.

#4 Oregon Ducks at #17 Utah Utes

9:00 PM CT
Rice-Eccles Stadium
Salt Lake City, UT

Thing to watch for: Marcus Mariota is arguably the top choice for the Heisman trophy right now. Watch how he does against a Utah pass rush that has the most sacks per game in FBS.
