On the eve of a long weekend and the celebration of our nation's independence, we welcome you back to APC, where we will finish off a pair of countdowns today. We'll wrap up both the Top 10 Plays of 2013 with the top two plays, as well as our ranking of the Packers' 90-man roster with the players ranked in the top 10.
