The Green Bay Packers keep getting hit with more and more injuries as the 2015 season goes along. On Monday night against Kansas City, Davante Adams' ankle flared up again early on and kept him out for most of the game. It is now Thursday and he has yet to practice, despite saying that he avoided the dreaded high ankle sprain that can cost a player a month or more.

Meanwhile, safety Morgan Burnett's calf injury continues to sideline him as practice goes along. The Packers were down both Burnett and Sean Richardson on Monday, although the backup safety appears to be back to full strength (or at least the ability to fully participate in practice).

Here's the injury report from Thursday's practice, as announced by the team this afternoon. You may notice that it is identical to the report put out on Wednesday, with one exception which we will detail below.

Did Not Participate

WR Davante Adams (ankle)
OT Bryan Bulaga (knee)
S Morgan Burnett (calf)
CB Demetri Goodson (hamstring)
ILB Jake Ryan (hamstring)

Full Participation

WR Randall Cobb (shoulder)
DE Datone Jones (head)
RB Eddie Lacy (ankle)
OLB Mike Neal (groin)
S Sean Richardson (ankle)
FB Aaron Ripkowski (shoulder)

Note that Andrew Quarless dropped off the report from Wednesday to Thursday - that is because he was moved to Injured Reserve/Designated for Return after Wednesday's practice, and only players on the 53-man active roster are listed on injury reports.

It's good news to see Richardson back this week, and it certainly is encouraging that Lacy was able to work fully for the second straight day. If he has no setbacks before Sunday, expect Lacy to resume his full workload against the 49ers and for James Starks to return to a reserve role.
