A long week 5 has finally passed, and the Green Bay Packers are ready for their game against the St. Louis Rams at Lambeau Field.
The Packers finally got some good news on the injury front - right tackle Bryan Bulaga returned to practice this week and has been announced as the starter for today's game. However, Davante Adams and Morgan Burnett both continue to sit and recover from their issues while the team presses on without them.
Bulaga's return comes at a great time - Don Barclay has struggled in his place, and the Rams' Chris Long will provide a tough test for the Packers' veteran tackle this week. The battle between the Rams' pass rush and the Packers' line as a whole will be one to monitor closely today. Expect the Packers to use a heavy dose of Eddie Lacy and James Starks, both on runs and screen passes, to try to foil that pressure.
On defense, rookie running back Todd Gurley had a breakout game for the Rams last week and is in line for more and more carries as the season goes along. Gurley, coming off a torn ACL last fall, was the 10th pick in this year's draft.
