The Green Bay Packers have a bye this week, but that doesn't mean that we at Acme Packing Company are taking the week off. APC is back with our NFL picks for week seven, which features one NFC North battle on Sunday.
In that game, the 3-2 Minnesota Vikings travel to Detroit to try to pull back within two games of the 6-0 Packers. With Detroit languishing at 1-5 and only last week getting their first win (over fellow NFC North rival Chicago), there isn't much faith here at APC in the Lions upsetting the Vikings, as eight of our nine writers have predicted a Minnesota win.
Meanwhile, the Packers are one of the five remaining undefeated NFL teams, but only two are in action this week as Denver and Cincinnati join the Packers on a bye. The Panthers host the 3-3 Eagles while the Patriots host the Jets, who come in with a 4-1 record. Still, APC's consensus picks have both undefeated teams moving to 6-0 on the season, with the Patriots' win being a unanimous selection.
Without further ado, here are our picks for week 7 and the standings for the season so far.
