After the Green Bay Packers' stunning loss to the Detroit Lions, a tumble out of the top 10 in SB Nation's power rankings wouldn't have surprised many. However, the Packers managed to cling onto a top 10 spot in this week's edition of the weekly power index, coming it at No. 10 overall.
With Green Bay all but out of the top 10, the upstart Minnesota Vikings have assumed a spot inside the top 5. That sets up for a huge Week 11 matchup between the teams at TCF Bank Stadium this upcoming Sunday. As for the rest of the division, the Bears find themselves at No. 23 overall following their win over the St. Louis Rams, and the Detroit Lions have slipped up to No. 28.
Here's what power ratings curator Danny Kelly had to say about Green Bay's recent struggles:
The Packers took a step back this week as well, losing their third straight, this time to the Lions at home. They've struggled to move the ball and score points, and a team that looked pretty unstoppable early in the year has gone through a few weeks of real struggle.
