Sunday was bad for Packers fans. Green Bay looked inept for three quarters at Carolina, while the Vikings were able to pull into a first-place tie with the Packers after beating the Rams in overtime. With the Lions on a bye, we imagine that many of you out there will be hoping to see a loss by the Chicago Bears this week to help ease the pain of Sunday's game ever-so-slightly.
Tonight you get that chance, as the Bears travel to San Diego for a Monday Night game against Philip Rivers and company.
Rivers threw for 500 yards against the Packers back in week six and has racked up an average of 344 yards per game through the air, but the Bears are third in the league in passing defense. If the Chargers end up putting a beating on Chicago, they'll need to get their stagnant ground game going. There aren't many better opportunities than this, however, as the Bears rank near the bottom of the league in rushing defense.
Join us for the fun(?) tonight, and here's how you can tune in.
