In his final radio appearance of the year on Thursday, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers touched on a number of topics. He addressed everything from his calf injury to Letroy Guion's arrest and more, and we bring you a few of his more interesting comments in today's curds.

Besides Rodgers' interview, one of the most interesting pieces to come out yesterday is an interview with Vikings wide receiver Charles Johnson. you might remember that Johnson was a Packers draft pick in 2013 and after he was claimed off the practice squad by Cleveland, their doctors found that he had a torn ligament in his knee and had to sit out the season. He discusses his long road to the NFL and to an active roster.

Though he says that the Packers need to rally around the nose tackle after his recent arrest, Rodgers also makes it clear that he and his teammates try to hold themselves to a higher standard and are disappointed.

Despite the field at the Buccaneers' stadium being rated highly by some players, Rodgers was very clear that he was not happy with the field conditions and he believes that it was "directly related" to his calf injury.

Zook's high-energy approach fits special teams |
At the very least, if Ron Zook is hired as special teams coordinator he will bring a different attitude to the job than Shawn Slocum had. If nothing else, Zook is a good recruiter and might get his guys to buy in more to pitching in on special teams.
