It seems we are officially in the second dead period of the NFL season. The first occurs between the Super Bowl and the start of Free Agency, when all the media has to discuss is speculation about how teams will try to improve through player signings and the draft. Second is this period between rookie minicamp and OTAs, a stretch of a few weeks when no major news takes place. Third is the six weeks between minicamp and Training Camp, the true dog days of summer.
However, during this period we get to learn a little more about the incoming rookies, and we have some newsworthy items for you on that front today. In addition to speaking with one of the Green Bay Packers' draftees this week, we also have a story on signing bonuses for undrafted rookies.
Click around, and enjoy your Thursday, as we have just 14 days until the Packers' first public practice of the 2015 offseason.

3 ways to win the NFL offseason - SBNation.com
1 - build up the lines. 2 - give your QB weapons. 3 - beef up the secondary. The only other key I would add is to have a top-tier quarterback. I'd argue that the Packers did all of these, but they did 1 and 2 via re-signings rather than new additions, so they don't get the recognition that some of these other teams did.
