Cheese Curds: Green Bay Packers News and Links for July 21, 2015

It's a mixed bag today, but the best news comes out of Alabama, where a Packers legend continues his recovery.

Of all the things that took place on Saturday surrounding Brett Favre's Hall of Fame induction, probably the best non-Favre-related thing was seeing Bart Starr speak on camera (even for just a few moments). As the Hall of Famer recovers from a stroke, it is encouraging to see him functioning again at all, and the fact that he was able to speak clearly is a great sign for him and for his family.

For those Packers fans hoping to see Starr at Lambeau this season, we have some more good news for you in today's curds, as the legend still is aiming ti make it by the end of this season.

Here's hoping that we finally get that photo opportunity with #4, #12, and #15 all on the field at the same time this Thanksgiving.

There are plenty of big plans to develop the area around the stadium, but inside its walls the next job is to revamp the luxury boxes, which are the same as they were following the major Lambeau remodel that wrapped up in 2003.
