After a long, hot July, football is finally arriving in Green Bay. The Packers report for training camp today, and will go through their physical exams this morning before taking the field for their first practice of the summer on Thursday.

A few players whose names we'll be watching include Jordy Nelson, Nick Perry, and Mike Neal, all of whom dealt with injuries or surgeries this offseason. We'll be sure to bring you any news on those players or any others who wind up not being cleared to practice as soon as we're able.

In the meantime, let's take a look back at yesterday's Shareholders Meeting and look ahead to camp.

Ted picked on staffers Chris Kirby and Bryan Nehring, the two who are actually present at the draft and handing in the selection cards, for "not (being) completely sober" and making some bad draft picks.

There were a few changes to the Packers' Board of Directors after the meeting this week, with Susan Finco officially taking her place on the executive committee, a group of seven directors hand-picked by Mark Murphy.

Don't expect the team to let Nike run wild anytime soon. In theory that could change five years from now when the third jersey is eligible for a change again, but we wouldn't bet on it.

Wisconsin-LSU at Lambeau will be the highlight of week one of the 2016 college football season, and according to Barry Alvarez, a premier opponent like LSU would not have traveled to Camp Randall Stadium.

The Packers play the Chiefs in week three, and there's a chance that their big nose tackle will not be ready to play by that time.
