On July 19th, one day after Brett Favre will be inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame at Lambeau Field, the legendary Green Bay Packers quarterback will be hosting a flag football game inside Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin. The game, dubbed the Brett Favre Legends Game, will pit a team of former Packers standouts against another squad consisting of former NFL players who spent their careers playing for other teams.
Though many of the game's details (including how to purchase tickets) were released some time ago, the rosters of the two teams were not known until posted recently to the official game website. Now that the rosters have been released, we have a few interesting storylines to keep an eye on at the game.
Here is the list of players that will be participating for each team.

For Favre's Packers Legends team, it is obvious to any fan of the team in the 1990s that the bulk of the squad comes from that time period. As far as we can tell, all but two players on that team (James Lofton and Pat Lee) played with Favre in Green Bay for at least one year, and if you include Favre himself, 13 of the 27 former Packers were a part of the 1996 team that won Super Bowl XXXI.
On the All-Star team, the first name that should pop out to Wisconsin football fans is Ron Dayne, the Heisman Trophy-winning running back who played for the Badgers from 1996-1999. Another player who should provide some entertainment value is former Vikings defensive tackle John Randle, who famously engaged in trash talk with Favre during their playing days in the NFC Central division. Also present will be former Washington and Denver offensive lineman Mark Schlereth, a member of the Broncos in 1997 when they beat the Packers in Super Bowl XXXII.
We are still awaiting any update on the status of Donovan McNabb, however, as he was arrested for DUI in late June.
Head over to the website for the game for more information and the link to purchase tickets (which are still available).
